Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Managing Director & Principal Consultant to lead and oversee our executive search operations and business development strategy globally. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving firm-wide performance while maintaining direct involvement in senior-level search engagements, client relationship management, and operational excellence.
You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients, provide market intelligence and leadership hiring solutions, and spearhead the firm’s growth through building long-term partnerships and high-performance global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the firm’s global executive search operations and business development initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and talent partner to senior executives and corporate clients.
- Provide market insights, talent mapping, and leadership hiring strategies tailored to client needs.
- Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with global clients and recruitment partners.
- Direct, mentor, and manage internal consultants, freelance associates, and external partners worldwide.
- Execute senior-level search assignments from business development through successful placement.
- Design and implement operational strategies to enhance business profitability, efficiency, and market positioning.
- Represent the company at global industry events, forums, and executive networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- 10+ years of executive search experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role leading business operations and achieving substantial business growth.
- Proven track record in full-cycle executive search, with expertise in both hands-on delivery and strategic client management.
- Experience in independently developing and managing global client relationships.
- Strong leadership experience in managing internal teams, freelance consultants, and external recruitment partners, particularly in international markets.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and business negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and operational excellence.

About the Role:
As a Managing Director & Principal Consultant for our Unemployment Solution division, you will lead strategic initiatives addressing the employment challenges of the AI-driven era. This role focuses on designing and delivering innovative, scalable service for government bodies (B2G), corporations (B2B), and individuals (B2C) navigating workforce transitions, large-scale unemployment, and career reinvention.
You will act as a thought leader and trusted advisor, working closely with public institutions, corporate partners, and individual professionals to craft AI-powered workforce solutions that foster economic resilience, social impact, and career sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
For B2G (Government Solutions):
- Partner with government agencies to co-develop AI-driven unemployment management programs, including workforce retraining, career transition frameworks, and employment ecosystem design.
- Provide strategic advisory on labor market resilience in the context of automation and digital transformation.
- Lead projects diagnosing unemployment root causes and delivering actionable reemployment strategies for displaced workforces.
For B2B (Corporate Solutions):
- Advise corporate clients on workforce transition, layoff management, outplacement services, and employer brand protection.
- Design customized career transition programs for departing employees, integrating AI talent insights, global coaching resources, and redeployment strategies.
- Build and expand partnerships with global corporations and employment networks to facilitate large-scale placement opportunities.
For B2C (Individual Career Management):
- Develop and oversee AI-powered career planning solutions, including skill assessments, personalized transition plans, and targeted upskilling programs for displaced professionals.
- Lead career advisory initiatives that help individuals identify emerging job market opportunities, pivot to future-ready roles, and reclaim career growth in times of disruption.
Business Development & Team Leadership:
- Identify and secure new B2G, B2B, and B2C opportunities through proactive market exploration and global partnerships.
- Manage cross-functional internal teams and freelance consultants to deliver seamless, high-impact services.
- Contribute to operational strategy formulation and profitability improvement initiatives for the Unemployment Solution practice.
